Instagram Follow Pro – How to Use

Learn how to use Instagram Follow Pro to organize your Instagram follow and unfollow workflow.

🚀 Quick Start

Install the Instagram Follow Pro Chrome extension.
Sign in using your Google account.
Open Instagram and make sure you are logged in.
Enter the Instagram handles you want to work with.
Choose Followers or Following.
Set your limits and action delay.
Click Start Queue.

📥 Installing the Extension

Download the Instagram Follow Pro extension.
Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
Open Google Chrome.
Go to chrome://extensions/.
Turn on Developer mode.
Click Load unpacked.
Select the extracted Instagram Follow Pro folder.

🔐 Sign In

Open the extension and click Sign in with Google. Use the Google account you want associated with your Instagram Follow Pro account.

Your account information and available Follow credits are maintained with your account, so your remaining credits can continue to be available when you sign out and sign in again.

🎁 Free Follow Credits

New users receive 150 free Follow credits.

1 credit = 1 Follow action.

Your free credits do not expire. They are used when you follow accounts using the Follow feature.

Important: Unfollow actions do not use your Follow credits.

👥 Adding Instagram Handles

Enter the Instagram usernames you want to process in the handle box. You can enter multiple handles, one per line.

For example:

username1
username2
username3

The handles remain available when you switch tabs or reopen the extension.

👤 Followers or Following

Select the source you want the extension to work with:

Followers – work with accounts from the selected Instagram account’s followers.
Following – work with accounts from the selected Instagram account’s following list.

🔢 Max Per Target

Max Per Target controls how many accounts can be processed from each Instagram handle in your queue.

For example, if you enter 10 handles and set Max Per Target to 50, the extension can process up to 50 accounts from each target.

📊 Total Max

Total Max sets the overall maximum number of accounts to process during the queue.

Your available Follow credits can also limit the number of Follow actions that can actually be completed.

⏱️ Action Delay

Action Delay controls the delay between actions.

The default setting is 0 seconds.

You can change the delay before starting the queue. You can also apply a new delay while the queue is running.

▶️ Start Queue

After entering your handles and selecting your settings, click Start Queue to begin processing the queue.

You can monitor the progress from the extension dashboard.

⏸️ Pause and Stop

Use the available controls to manage an active queue.

Pause – temporarily pauses the current queue.
Stop – stops the current queue.

🔄 Unfollow – Remove Accounts That Don’t Follow You Back

The Unfollow option helps you clean up your Instagram following list.

It identifies accounts that you follow, but who are not following you back, allowing you to unfollow those accounts.

How Unfollow Works

Open the Unfollow option in the extension.
The extension checks your follower/following relationship.
It identifies accounts that you follow but that are not following you back.
Review the accounts identified for unfollowing.
Start the unfollow process.
The selected accounts are unfollowed from your Instagram account.

Important: Unfollow actions do not consume your free Follow credits. Your 150 free credits are only used for Follow actions.

Tip: Review the accounts before unfollowing them, especially if there are people or accounts you want to continue following even though they do not follow you back.

📋 Activity Dashboard

The Dashboard allows you to see the progress and activity of your queue.

You can use the activity logs to understand which actions have been processed.

🚫 When Your Free Credits Are Exhausted

Once all 150 free Follow credits have been used, the extension will show:

❓ Common Issues

Extension is not processing accounts

Make sure you are logged in to Instagram.
Make sure the Instagram page is open and accessible.
Check that your handles are entered correctly.
Check your selected Followers/Following option.
Check your queue limits and available Follow credits.

My free credits are finished

If your 150 free Follow credits have been used, you can upgrade to a Pro plan for unlimited Follow access.

My Follow credits did not reset after logging out

Follow credits are associated with your account and do not reset simply because you sign out and sign in again.
